The same way we price in production: materials plus build time for your exact exterior dimensions. Nothing generic, nothing padded.
Only if the specs change — different dimensions, added depth, several works combined, difficult site access. A technician confirms by email before anything is built.
½″ ply walls and lid on a ¾″ base, 1×4 reinforced framing, custom foam blocking so the work never touches a wall, 2×4 skids. Lid is screwed, not nailed.
Oversized is our normal. Very large or complex builds may add a day or two.
Painted MDF in a hollow build-out with five finished sides, any shape and any size, painted in a custom colour and reinforced for heavy objects when required.
Miami-Dade, Broward up to Boca Raton, Palm Beach up to Hobe Sound. Flat fee by zone, once per order. Beyond that, ask us.
ISPM 15 is the international standard for wood packaging in cross-border freight. Lumber is heat treated to kill pests and marked with an HT stamp beside the IPPC wheat symbol and a registered facility code. Crates without it can be held, treated or destroyed at the border at your expense.

A two-person crew packs at your location — glassine, poly, Tyvek, corrugated, foam blocks as the object needs. Labour and materials are both in the price shown.
Yes. Tell us the work is going abroad and the crate is built from ISPM 15 compliant heat-treated lumber and stamped HT, ready for customs in any signatory country. Same build standard, export-legal wood — confirmed on your quote.
No — the estimate covers fabrication. Collection, shipping, customs and transit insurance are quoted separately by the same coordinator.
